Lavender tincture

It has calming effects. It helps with headaches, relieves muscle tension and spasms, has antioxidant and antiseptic effects.

Rubbing the tincture into the skin on affected areas helps with inflammation of the nerves, rheumatism and gout. If we are suffering from canker sores, we rub the sore spots in the oral cavity.

• Anxious lavender /Anxious lavender, Levandula angustifolia/

Dosage:

• adults 3 times a day 15 drops
• dilute in clean water

• The maximum effect will be seen after 4 to 6 weeks of use
